Purpose of m~eting- To read, study, -and act on Ordinance # 39, an Ordinance
calling fc.r a General Obligation Bond Election, fo.' the purpose of drilling
a new well and connect with existing water lines in the Village.
Ordinance # 39 - read in full by Caldwell.
Motion to suspend rules, read once in full and twice by title made by Ward,
seconded by Fenwick. Roll call vote.

Election published read in full by Caldwell.
