Present - Valenty, Hillman, Fenwick and Caldwell.
Meeting called to order 6:30 P.M.
Purpose of meeting- Reading of proposed Ordinance # 38, appropiating money
necessary and sufficient to defray expenses for fiscal year May 1, 1957 to April 30,
1958.
Ordinance # 38 read in full by Caldwell.
Motion to suspend the rules and read Ordinance once in full and twice by title
made by Fenwick, seconded by Hillman. Roll call vote.
Fenwick - yes
Hillman - yes
Valenty - yes
Ordinance # 38 then read twice by title by Caldwell.

Ordinance # 38 passed and clerk was instructed to have it published.

money required for the General Fund for the Village of Chubbuck for the
fiscal year, beginning May l, 1957, mud endin~ April 30, 1958, was read in
full by Caldwell.
