to pay service charges for hydrants outside of Village Ii,its. The
chairman will assist the Clerk in strs{=~+e~

Gathe Water Account- Letter received. Application for water signed by
T. H. Gathe Jr. is on file in Village Office.' %~nittier - Yo legal
proceedings on application. ~qe Board advised the clerk to drop the
charges as of now and exo!ained to Gathe that if he did develop the land
he would be subject to the connection charge and he will have to run
his own water lines.
Election- Notices of election have been published and posted. Ail other
proceeduues are beiug cared for in their proper order.
Second Well - Lincoln Ure- only t~e of Revenue Bouds would be secondar~
bo~ds and they wau!d have ~cor sale value. They suggest- General
Obligation ~onds, that require an election of the taxpayers and must
~arry~by a 2/3 mayority of votes cast Only property owners may vote
mn a ueneral Obligation Bond electidn] There was much discussion on
the need of a stand-by well. Valenty i~ to conta~ an Engineer to = t
a preliminary report. Mo~ion to authorize expenditure of a preliminary
report from an Engineer for a Well ard fro expanding lines made by
Fenwick, seconded by Hanson. Ail in Favor. The tentative Bond issue
is for ~30,000.00
Magleby Plat - Ward tal_ed to Magleby and the Official E!at was not
finished ir~ tine to have it recorded so no action was taken at this
h~ew 3usiness - Burnside Road, Valenty stated that Mr. Hegstrom was
dissatisfied about the Roadbed a~d he war_ts an eh!argement of the
culvert carrying irrigation water accross the road Whittier, ouly

Bell Trailer Court - A letter from r&r. Bell requesting that he he charged
for 10 Trailer connections. He has 8 Trailers connected to Water now
and would reserve 2 more connections for fut~re use. Motion for Board
to approve the application stated in the letter made by Valenty,
seconded by Frasure. Ail in Favor. The Board instructed the Clerk to
credit by overcharge t~e di~f~erence in the orginal charge a~d the o~e
just approved. ' '- ~
Clerks, Judges, Constable for the Election- ?{otion made by ~lard, seconded
by Fenwick to authorize Va].enty to contact clerks, judges, amd constable
for the M~_~nicipal Election on April 23. Ail in favor.

P.S. The Clerk was ~nstructed by the Board to contact th$ County
Clerk and find out the exact amount of Village Tax that the County
charged the r~sidents of Hayfield Airport and the Village Clerk is
to refund that tax money.
