M. ~$-ittier-100.00~ and Richard ~. Hall-29.~. Financial Report, Police Report and Delinquent Water Accounts Report then presented to the Board. 01d Business- J.P.- No recommendations as yet. Lights at Hawthorne & Qulnn - County will pay for the light at the intersection. Village will pay for the other two at the rate of ~6.00 per month per light, the same charge as the Vi lage now pays for the lights on Yellowstone Highway in the Village. ~e author- ization for installation has been sent to Idaho PowerCo.. Restrooms- Officers of the Rod & Gun Club don't give any hope of pc.-sible help in financing from the club. Only chance is for Board members to go to their meeting and see how the club members feel. Underground Water Permit ~ 26702 - received and is on file in the Village Office. Yossible Ordinance on people, drunk, in cars - ~'~Zittier, it is illegal to deprive the owner of the use of his property, unless the car is parked illegally in time or manner, then it can be towed away for overtime parking. As for drunks & disorderly persons the present Village Ordinance' will cover that.. A second well - .t. Caittier, Village cannot incur indebtedness without and election. To' issue bonds requires an election with 2/3 of the voters in favor. If bc~d issue meets approval of voters then resident~ can buy bonds. Revenue Bonds would have to have approval of the owners of the present Bonds. The water system is collateral for payment of bonds. Valemty is to write letter to Lincoln-Ure, Bond Brokers, and ask about new additional bonds. Gathe Water Account- Mr. Gathe claims he sent a letter to Board about his account. The letter has not beer_ reveived as yet,, so this ~:atter will be discussed at the next meeting if letter comes in by then. New Business- Election, Chairman Va!entv inStr, ucted ~.'.~ittier to prepare notices of election and annual ~udget and bare them ready for publication, Magleby Plat for 9~ Homes, He is to prepare the official plat and present to Board for approval. Tentative approval >eying been given at this time. Side Streets- Hansen, Athol and Furnside have big holes ~rcm the spring thaw. krard, see if' the government will. load the Village Truck at the McGuire Yit. Hensley will go see ah. out it.
