Ckair~an o? ~he ?card Minutes of the adjourned meeting of Jan.8, 1917 o.f the Poard of Tr~stees c.f the Village of Cku?~uck, held in the f.d~nicipal P~ildfng of the Village of ChubEuck, on January 22, 1917 Present- Va!enty, Fenwick, Ward, Hansen and l~%ittier. Absent- Frasure. Meeting called to Order 8:10 P.M. Purpose of the meeting- Reading and acting on proposed Ordfnance ~ 37 which has to do with the Amendment of Water Ordinance # 18 of the V~llage of 6hubbuck. Ail members read aPd compared the Water 0rdfnanee # 1.e with the proposed Ordinance ~ 37 and Ordinance # 37 ~' 18 up to section # 30 and also the same is the same as Ordinance ~ · from section i~ 31 through section ~ 46; It was the dec~sion of the _moard and the ~ttorney to draw a shorter Ordinance which would make changes to section ~ ~0 only, and establish different water rates.. Old ~siness - No application as yet for Justice of the Peace. Police Officers Dwelling- More shelves to be put in the closets and kitchen of the dwelling. Officer himself will do the work of installation, providing the material is furnished~ There was also a discussion on installation of a toilet and wash bowl down stairs for public use, Motion made by Ward to purchase material for shelving in the aoart~ent. Seconded by Hansen. All in favor. Decision on restroom was left for further study of f~na~ces at next meeting ~ Meeting ~djourned at 9:30 P.M. Chairman of the ~oard Village Clerk Amendment to the Minutes of Janizary 22, 1917 - Some of the Poard members will contact the SouthEast Idaho Rod ?~. Gun Club and see if they will install one of the restrooms in the Yasem,~nt of the Village F~rehc~se and if they will the Village will install the other one.
