COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
April lOth, 2007
Minutes of a regular meeting beld at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, April 10th, 2007.
Present: Mayor Steven M.England, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Kent Kearns, Dennis
Stoddard, Ricbard<Morgan, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Public Works Director Steven
M. Smart and City-Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG was led by Councilman Richard Morgan.
APPROVAL OF M~S - Mayor England asked for corrections or additions to theregular
meeting minutes o{M~cb 27th, 2007.
Councilman ~moved tOilPprove the regular meeting minutes of March 27th, 2007
as read, Councilma'ttMorganseconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
COTTAGE PARK 2ND ~JJITIONFINAL PLAT - Rodney Burch, 333 Briscoe Road presented
the Cottage Parker Addition Final Plat.
Mr. Burch stated 'the required park is in this phase and will be completed the first, or
middle of July.
Councilman Morgan moved to approve the Cottage Park 2nd Addition Final Plat as
presented, Coun~ilman Stoddard seconded. All council members voted in favor of
motion.
SUNSET WEST SUBDIVISION - DIVISION 6A - PWD Smart stated the Sunset West
Subdivision - Divi$ion 6 Preliminary Plat annexation and zoning was approved two or
three months ago~PWI> Smart stated there is a need to get Lot 1 platted and recorded by
the end of ApriLrpWD Smart stated the developer did not anticipate completing the
platting and recording of the Division 6 this soon. PWD Smart stated the LDS Church
has purchased .LOtl and there is a need to have the property platted and recorded as soon
as possible. There are some street improvements that need to be made on Philbin Road,
the street improvements on Philbin Road and the remainder of the preliminary plat with
construction drawings will come before the Council as a final plat in a couple months.
Jay Cornelison~~ES stated PWD Smart described the request well. Mr. Cornelison
stated there is a need to get this Lot I approved and recorded by the end of April so the
LDS Church catlmeet their schedule.
Councilman MOl;gan movedto approve the Sunset West Subdivision - Division 6A Final
Plat as presented, Councilman Quick seconded. All council members voted in favor of
motion.

POLICE DEPARTMENJ' RECORD DESTRUCTION LIST - Police Department requested a
record destruction list as authorized in Resolution #16~2006.
Councilman Stoddard moved to authorized destruction of Police Department records as
presented, Councilman Kearns seconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
FIRE DEPARTMENTSl.]PPLEMENTAL EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT - Fire Chief Eric King
presented a propc:;sedFire Department Supplemental Employee Agreement.
Councilman Ke~ moved to approve the Fire Department Supplemental Employee
Agreement as~nted, Councilman Morgan seconded. All council members voted in
favor of motion.
CLAIMS - Computerprlttt..ou.t claims presented to Mayor England and Council.
Councilman MC)...anmoved to approve computer print-out claims as presented,
Councilman Quickseeonded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
At 7:52 p.m, CouncilnuuiMorganmoved, Councilman Stoddard seconded with full council
approval to adjout'tl meeting.
