What is the current land use here? I think

We need businesses that will stimulate more jobs at this location
The Burnside Motels are trashy and an embarrassment to the city. We need a
nice Hotel in this area.
23
Some positives for the city are the New City Hall and the ICCU
complex.
24
The sidewalks need fixed in this area
The sidewalks need fixed in this area

I want to see more sidewalk and bike access, with trees to keep it
cool when walking
Have a safe place to walk and bike so vehicles don't harm them by accident.
26
Have trees to keep temperatures cool when walking and barriers
to keep pedestrians safe from vehicles
27
village should be your highest density in the city, and mixed-use

This area overlaps with City of Pocatello Future Land Use Map,
designation of industrial matches "employment"
31
why split the neighborhood leaving a tiny residential
designation? refine mixed-use to properties facing major
corridors
34
Provide turn lanes to keep traffic flowing.

a great place to move away from single family homes
I disagree with the other comment nearby. AG in the middle of town is
nonsensical
39
would love to see this put to commercial use
any use is better than none

agree with trashiness.
My very selfish request is to see a Target store here.

not sure what is going to happen to the farms though

finishing some of these road connections would be great.
