1. Approval of the Pinetree Subdivision 1 st Addition Short Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Approval of the Premier View Subdivision Short Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)

Council. (Action Item).
