IDAHO AUTHORTZZNG MAYOR JOHN O. COTANT TO SZGN ALL APPLICATZCNS,
GRANT AGREEMENTS AND AMENDHENTS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATZNG TO
WASTEWATER FACZLZTZES PLANNZNG AND CONSTRUCTZON GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the City intends to develop a plan for
cci leo%ion, %rea%men% and disposal for %he City of Ck, ubbd¢~l:, ~,uch
a plan being necessary to determine the needs of the a~'e&
hea~Sh, safety and well being of the people; and
WHEREAS, the plan is to be developed in accordance v, ith the
requirements cf rules and regulations adopted pursuant to Chapter'
36, Title 39, Zdaho Code, and will set forth facilities
to be constructed to serve the needs of the area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the plannin9 design and construction of the
wastewater facilities are eligible for state funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the fqayOr ~nd City Council of
Chubbuck, Zdaho, that Mayor John O. Cetant ~e duly authorized to
sign applications, Grant Agreements and Amendments, smd other
documents t-elating tc wastewater facilities planning, des'ig';': and
cons%ruction grants.
