RESOLUTION NO. 2-91
A RESOLUTION Of THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE
RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
PROVIDED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Sections 13.04.010 of Chubbuck Municipal Code
provides for garbage collection rates through the sanitary services
shall be set by resolution: and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck that the monthly charges for this service shall be as
follows:
