RESOLUTION NO. #3-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE
RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR WATER FURNISHED THROUGH
THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, section 13.04.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code
provided that the rates for water furnished through the municipal
water system shall be set by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck that effective April 1, 1991 the monthly charges for
this service shall be as follows:
