A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ADOPTING THE 1991 EDITION OF THE
UNIFORM FIRE CODE, UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND UNIFORM
MECHANICAL CODE.
Title 15 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code authorizes the Mayor
and Council of the City to adopt future editions of the Uniform
Building Code, Uniform Fire Code and Uniform Mechanical Code by
Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the Council
of the City of Chubbuck that the 1991 edition of the Uniform Fire
Code, Uniform Building Code and Uniform Mechanical Code are
adopted as the codes for the City and is adopted pursuant to
Chapter 15.04 with respect to the Uniform Building Code, Chapter
15.08 with respect to the Uniform Fire Code and Chapter 15.28
with respect to the Uniform Mechanical Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and the Council of the City
of Chubbuck, this 28th~ay of APRIL , 1992.
