Be it resolved that the C~ty of Cl~ubbuck request an amount of ad valorem tax revenues for ~ts 1992-93 f~soal year annual budget that exceeds one hundred five per cent (105%~ of the amount of ad valorem tax revenues certified for its annual budget in th6 previous year, or ~ncreases the tax rate in excess of' that certified in the previous year.
