RESOLUTION #1-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, iDAHO AMENDING THE RATES TO
BE CHARGED BY THE CiTY ~'u~ ua~a~ COLLECTION PROVIDED THROUGH THE
MUNiCiPAL SANITARY SERVICE SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Sections i3.03.$i0 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code
provides for garbage collection rates through the sanitary services
should be set by resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck, that effective January i, 1994, the monthly charges
for this service shall be as follows:

Single Family Residential $12.80
Multi-Family Residential $12.80 First unit
$12.80 Each additional
unit.
Commercial container service $21.40 Per cubic yard
dumped per week.
plus $ 4.00 Basic charge per
month.
