CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COb~TY, STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOLVED, by Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses of sa%d C%ty,
that there be levied against all the taxable property of the said
City, the following amounts for the fiscal year 1994-95 and that
the same be certified to the County Auditor of Bannock County:
TORT CLAIM (insurance-Exempts)
GENERAL FUND EXPENSES 212,581.00
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES 550,770.00
HIGHWAY, STREETS & ROADS 144,546.00
FiRE CONTROL EXPENSES 202,919.00
FIRE STATION BOND LEVY 56,265.00
TOTAL $ 1,204,989.00
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized and
directed, to certify said levies to the County Auditor of Bannock,
by forwarding there to a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, idaho on this 23th. day of August, 1994.
