RESOLUTION NO. 3-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING
THE RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR WATER
FURNISHED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, section 13.04.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides
that the rates for water furnished through the mumcipal water system shall be set by
resolution:
WHEREAS, no meters are read in the months of December, January, and
February and water bills are calculated only on the minimum amount of usage:
WHEREAS, 1/2 of the water used during the winter was at $.50 per 1,000
gallons and 1/2 was at $.75 per 1,000 gallons:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Cotmcil of the City of
Chubbuck that for the water bill in March 1995 only, the volummethc charge shall
be $.65 per one thousand gallons of metered water.
