CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOLVED, by Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses of said.City,
that there be levied against all the taxable property of the said
City, the following amounts for the fiscal year 1995-96 and that
the same be certified to the County Auditor of Bannock County=
TORT CLAIM (Insurance-Exempts) $ 37,900.00
GENERAL FUND EXPENSES 200,398.00
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES 566,739.00
HIGHWAY, STREETS & ROADS 144,546.00
FIRE CONTROL EXPENSES 234,069.00
FIRE STATION BOND LEVY 56,828.00
TOTAL $ 1,240,480.00
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized and
directed, to certify said levies to the County Auditor of Bannock,
by forwarding there to a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho on this 22th. day of ;%u~ust, 1995.
