It is resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho for the purpose of a General City Election
to be held, November 7, 1995 to wit:
I
That the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho shall be and
constitutes one (1) precinct.
II
That the City Council hereby designates as a suitable polling
place for the conduct of the City Election, aforesaid, the City
Municipal Building located at 5160 Yellowstone Ave.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: Phyllis Armstronq
Janiece Johnson Mary Bunce
Edythe Hansen Denzel McClain
Toni McBride Colleen Rowe
Jolene Newb¥ Christina Tyler
Mary Blanchard Jana Beech
be appointed as Election Judges and Election Clerks for the conduct
of said General City Election, in November of 1995, and that the
compensation of such Election Judges and Clerk shall be
$65 .(DO
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular October Council Meeting this, loth.
day of October, 1995.
