RESOLUTION No. 8-95
A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY OF C~U3BBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO
BE CF_ARGED BY THE CITY FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT
SERVICES FURNISHED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code
provides that the rates for wastewater furnished through the
municipal sewer system shall be set by resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck that effective, October 1, 1995, the monthly charges
for this service shall be as follows:
WASTEWATER SERVICE RATES
Monthly Service Charges
Base Charge: $ 6.75
Per equivalent single family
dwelling as reasonably determined
by the Public Works Director.
No minimum charge shall be less
than one (1) single family equivalent.
Volummetric Charge: $0.60 per one thousand gallons metered water
Billing Charge: $0.75 per bill.
