CITY OF CHUBBUCK
A resolution of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho adopting the 1994 amendments to
the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Mechanical Code and Uniform Fire Code.
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck Municipal Code, Chapter 15.04 for the Uniform
Building, 15.08 for the Uniform Fire Code and 15.28 for the Uniform Mechanical Code
provide that said future additions of each Code may be adopted by resolution of the
Mayor and Council;
WHEREAS, the building official has determined that the 1994 editions of these
three Codes should be adopted and has recommended adoption to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council and Mayor of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho that 1994 editions of the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Mechanical
Code and Uniform Fire Code are hereby adopted pursuant to Chapter 15. 04, 15.08 and
15.28 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the members of the City Council and Mayor of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho this 12tlday of December, 1995.
