RESOLUTION No. 1-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADOPTING THE 1995
POCATELLO/CHUBBUCK METROPOLITAN AREA LONG RANGE TRANSPORTATION
PLAN.
WHEREAS, Bannock Planning Organization has developed the 1995
Pocatello/Chubbuck Metropolitan area Long Range Transportation Plan
and
WHEREAS, The Bannock Planning Organization Policy Board has
approved the 1995 Pocatello/Chubbuck Metropolitan Area Long Rang
Transportation Plan and
WHEREAS, The City of Chubbuck is a member agency of Bannock
Planning Organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Chubbuck that the 1995 Pocatello/Chubbuck
Metropolitan Area Long Range Transportation Plan is hereby adopted
as a guide for long range transportation planning in the City of
Chubbuck.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, THIS 9TH DAY OF April , 1996.
