It is resolved by the Cite Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County~ Idaho for the purpose of a General City Election to
ne~u, Nc'x, ember 4~ IgR~ to wit:

That tile C~ty of Chubbuck, Bannock gounty, Idaho shall be and
constitutes one (l) precinct.
II
,nat Lhe City Council hereby designates as a suitable polling
place for t~e ~.onduct of ~.ne City E~ection aforesaid, the City
zz,~xhg located at 5160 Yellewstene Ave.

be appointed as Election Judge and Election Clerks for the conduct
of said General City Election, in November of 1997, and that the
compensation, of such Election Judges and C".er~'- shall be

14th. day of October, 1997 ....
