HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-007 Wastewater Utility Plant Capacity Fee CITY OF CHUBBUCK RESOLUTION NO. 7-~8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR CONNECTION TO THE CITY WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM AND TREATMENT SERVICES FURNISHED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM. WHEREAS, Section 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided that the fees for connection to the municipal wastewater system shall be set by resolution: NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that effective, April 1, 1998, the fees for such connections shall De as follows: WASTEWATER UTILITY PLANT CAPACITY FEES ReSidential Fee Single Family, for each living unit (single family dwellings, Class I $420 and Class II production dwellings) Multi-Family, for each living unit $290 (Including, but not limited to Class III Production dwellings) Hotels and Motels (for each unit) $220 Commercial/Industrial: Fee dependent upon size of meter and type of operation. Decisions on whether multiple meter operations are designated as commercial or industrial shall be made by the City of Chubbuck Public Works Director and the City of Pocatello WPC Superintendent, based on flows and strengths of discharge. The Pocatello City Council may negotiate rates for any industrial or commercial user anticipated to discharge greater than 1/2% of Treatment Plant Capacity.
