A Resolution of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho changing the designation of Burnside and
East Burnside to West Burnside and East Burnside.
Currently Burnside Avenue is designated as East Burnside for everything lying east of
Yellowstone Highway and then Burnside for everything lying west of Yellowstone Highway.
Confusion has arisen and could further arise for the dispatch for emergency vehicles as
well as routine services such as mail and other delivery.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
1. From and atter the date of this Resolution, all sections of Burnside Avenue lying west
of Yellowstone Highway shall be designated as West Burnside Avenue and all portions of
Burnside Avenue lying east of Yellowstone Highway shall continue to be designated as East
Burnside.
