A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK
ADOPTING THE 1999 EDITION OF THE IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC
WORKS CONSTRUCTION;
WHEREAS, the City adopted the 1999 Edition of the Idaho Standards for Public Works
Construction by Section 16.12.300 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said Section provides future editions may be adopted by resolution of the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO that the City of Chubbuck does adopt the 1999 Edition of the
Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction as promulgated by the Idaho Standards for Public
Works Construction Subcommittee.
