RESOLUTION NO. 1-2000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES
FURNISHED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided that
the rates for wastewater collection and treatment services furnished through the
municipal wastewater system shall be set by resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck
that effective, February 1, 2000, the monthly charges for this service shall be as
follows:
WASTEWATER MONTHLY SERVICE RATES
Base Charge: $12.30
Per equivalent single family
dwelling as reasonably determined
by the Public Works Director. No
minimum charge shall be less than
one (1) single family equivalent.
Volumetric Charge: $1.17 per one thousand gallons metered water for
customers north of 1-86.
$1.50 per one thousand gallons metered water for
customers south of 1-86
Billing Charge: $0.68 per bill.

CHUBBUCK, THIS 8th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000.
