RESOLUTION NO. 2-2000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, SETTING THE APPLICATION FILING
FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO USE RIGHT-OF-
WAY.
WHEREAS, Section 12.04.060 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides that the
application filing fees for Application for Permit to Use Right-of-Way shall be set by
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cit~/Council of the CiL~/of Chubbuck
that effective, February 23, 2000, the application filing fee shall be twent~/-five
dollars ($25.00) for each application submitted to the cit~.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, THIS 22nd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000.
