RESOLUTION No. 6 - 2 0 0 0
WHEREAS, Chapters 5.05, 5.07, 5.24 and 5.28 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code have
been amended to provide the fees charged for each of the licenses issued under those Chapters
shall be set from time to time by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police, who administers the licenses issued pursuant to those
chapters has requested the same fees be charged for a new license and a renewal of an existing
license under each chapter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Chubbuck as follows:
Section 1: Fees. The fees charged for a license issued to a Pawnbroker under Chapter
5.05, a Taxicab operator under 5.07, a Security Officer under 5.24 and a Massage Therapist
under 5.28 shall be f ± £ ~: y Dollars for a new license and Sixteen Dollars for renewal of an
existing license. Any charges by other agencies to the police department, such as for fingerprint
checks, shall be in addition to these fees and shall be paid by the applicant.
