RESOLUTION #2-2001
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO
BE IT RESOLVED, By Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County,
Idaho, to pay the estimated expenses of said City, that there be levied against all the taxable
property of the said City, the following amounts for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and that the same
be certified to the County Auditor of Bannock County:
TORT CLAIM (Insurance) $ 34,896.00
GENERAL FUND EXPENSES $ 456,875.00
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES $ 978,477.00
HIGHWAY, STREETS AND ROADS $ 114,496.00
FIRE CONTROL EXPENSES $ 332,326.00
FIRE STATION BOND LEVY $ 52,930.00
TOTAL $1,970,000.00
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized and directed, to certify
said levies to the County Auditor of Bannock, by forwarding there to a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
on this 28th, day of August, 2001.
