A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AUTHORIZING JOHN
COTANT, JR., MAYOR, TO SIGN ALL APPLICATIONS, GRANT AGREEMENTS AND
AMENDMENTS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO DRINKING WATER
FACILITIES PLANNING GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck intends to develop a plan for drinking water facilities for
the City of Chubbuck; such plan being necessary to determine the needs of the area for health, safety,
and well being of the people; and
WHEREAS, the plan is to be developed in accordance with the requirements of Public Law
92-500 and 95-217, and will set forth drinking water facilities required to be constructed to serve the
needs of the area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the planning of the drinking water facilities is eligible for state
funding;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that John
Cotant, Jr., Mayor, is duly authorized to sign applications, grant agreements and amendments, and
other documents relating drinking water facilities planning grants.
Passed and adopted by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, the 2 5day of SEPT., 2001 , by the following
votes:
