IN THE VIL][AGE OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO ON TUESDAY 14th DECEMBER
~4eeting was called to omder at 8.10 P.i.i.
Members present were ~ Valenty ~ Ward M~ Hansen ~ Fenwick.
Minutes of the last meeting were then read and approved as read.
Bills for the month were then presented for payment.
Motion to approve was made by Fenwick and seconded by Han~en.
Police report for the month was then read by the Chairman.
01d Business was then discussed regarding McComber Water Hook Up.
It was agreed to accept the check for ~2~.00 that McComber had
presented to the Village in payment.
The Curfew Ordinance was then discussed but no decision was reached.
Max ~ittier Attorney was then recommended by Mr Ward to act as Attorney
for the Village upon the resignation of the present attor~ay.
Zoning. Three members were present and agreed to arrange a meeting
and proceed with the project.
Volunteer Fire Dept has 164 Dollars on hand and two stamps.
It was agreed to deposit the cash in the Idaho Bank and Trust Company
opening a new account for the purpose.
