OF THE VILIAGE OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO. HELD 8TH. JUNE I954.
IN THE VILLAGE OFFICES IN THE ,VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK.
The meeting was called to order at 8.I0p.m.
Members present were Messrs Valenty Ward and E.Frasure.
Minutes of the last meeting were then read and approved as read.
Bills for the month were then read.
Motion by Frasure Seconded by Ward to pass the bills.
Motion carried.
Business of the meeting of June 3rd. was then brought up for
discussion.
The Resolution adopting the 20 mill levy was then read by the
Chairman.
Motion was made by Ward to adopt the Resolution and seconded
by E.Frasure.
Roll call vote was then taken with the follwing results.
MR. WARD YES. MR. FRASURE YES. MR. VALENTY YES.
The Village Clerk was then notified that beer licenses were
now due. The charge to be 50 Dollars.
It wasdecided to mesh the windows of the Pump House.
Local Business men then asked permission to use the wall of the
Municipal Building to affix two advisory signs.
All members were in favour,
It was proposed to meet with the County Commissioner to try and
make Chubbuck Road a through street.
Meeting recessed Luutil Friday Ilth. J~_ne at 8p.m. to approve passage
of Ord..~29.
