Regular Meeting

MINUTES
Board Members Present: Vice -Chair Mike Schwartz, Darell Stewart, Brett Hiltbrand, Adam Thayer,
and Bryson Smith. Staff Members Present: Attorney Ryan Lewis, Planning Manager Don Matson,
Community Services Director Devin Hillam, and Deputy Clerk Paul Andrus.
Schwartz called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.
Schwartz asked if any commissioners had a conflict of interest with the items before the board.
None were reported
PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: March 12, 2024.
Schwartz entertained a motion to approve the minutes as emailed. Thayer moved to accept the
meeting minutes of March 12, 2024 as emailed; Smith seconded. The full commission approved.
GENERAL BUSINESS
Commission & Staff will discuss land value per acre calculations and implications of
development and land use policies.
Community Services Director Devin Hillam went over land value per acre
calculations, implications of development, land use policies, and why development
patterns matter.
2. Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan Update.
Planning Manager Don Matson gave an update on the Comprehensive Plan update.
