amenities.
Adjacent homeowner has been contacted and is interested in the property if the price is low enough. Was informed that we'll need to put this
out for public bids and that we'll set a minimum price for bids as part of the notices.
We will need to get a legal description created for the property to be disposed of since it is part of a larger "lot" that contains Adams Street.
