ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE: Norman Reece, Dan Heiner, and Melanie Evans.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Election of Council President. (Action Item)
2. Approval of Chubbuck Village Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions
of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
3. Approval of Legacy Park Div. 2 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law.
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
4. Approval of Copperfield Landing Div. 7 Final Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
5. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Northside Crossing Div. 4. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
6. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Linden Cove. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
