1. Discussion on the possible disposal of approximately 0.08 acres of City property located
at the intersection of Adams Street & Mesquite Drive.
2. Discussion on Funds from the Chubbuck Development Authority Expired 1992 Urban
Renewal District, and the possibility of reopening the FY24 budget.
