WHAT IS A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN?
The Comprehensive Plan is a 20 -year vision for Chubbuck and its residents. The Plan will reflect the voice of
residents and the business community and be the guiding document for shaping the City's future. This vision will be
put into action by setting goals and identifying policies and strategies on how to attain those goals. Creating a
comprehensive plan takes time; we hope to adopt the plan by the end of 2024. The planning process will include a
wide variety of community outreach methods and collaboration between City leaders and community members.
Idaho cities must prepare and maintain a current comprehensive plan in accordance with Idaho Code Section
67-6508. The plan must consider "previous and existing conditions, trends, desirable goals and objectives, or
desirable future situations."
DOES THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN APPLY TO YOU?
The geographic extent of the comprehensive plan
includes all properties within city limits and inside the
T'n Area of City Impact as shown on this map.

WILL THIS IMPACT HOW YOUR PROPERTY IS ZONED?
Idaho Code requires that zoning districts, as well as
zone changes, special permits, and zoning ordinances,
be in accordance with the adopted comprehensive plan.
While changes to the zoning map and ordinances will
not occur during the comprehensive planning process,
they might occur after the new plan is adopted to
ensure that the plan is properly implemented.

PLAN INTEGRAL
EI Plan Integral es una vision de 20 anos para Chubbuck y sus residentes. EI Plan reflejara la voz de los residentes y la
comunidad empresarial y sera el documento guia para dar forma al futuro de la ciudad. Esta vision se pondra en
practica estableciendo metas e identificando politicas y estrategias sobre como alcanzar esas metas. Crear un plan
integral Ileva tiempo; Esperamos adoptar el plan para fines de 2024. EI proceso de planificacion incluira una amplia
variedad de metodos de extension comunitaria y colaboracion entre lideres de la ciudad y miembros de la comunidad.
Las ciudades de Idaho deben preparar y mantener un plan integral actualizado de acuerdo con la Seccion 67-6508 del
Codigo de Idaho. EI plan debe considerar "condiciones, tendencies, metas y objetivos deseables o situaciones futuras
deseables anteriores y existentes".

ILE AFECTA EL PLAN INTEGRAL?
La extension geografica del plan integral incluye todas las
propiedades dentro de los limites de la ciudad y dentro
del area de impacto de la ciudad como se muestra en
este mapa.
ZAFECTARA ESTO A LA ZONIFICAC16N DE
SU PROPIEDAD?
EI Codigo de Idaho exige que los distritos de zonificacion,
asi como los cambios de zona, los permisos especiales y
las ordenanzas de zonificacion, esten de acuerdo con el
plan integral adoptado. Si bien no se produciran cambios
en el mapa de zonificacion ni en las ordenanzas durante el
proceso de planificacion integral, podrian ocurrir despues
de que se adopte el nuevo plan para garantizar que se
implemente adecuadamente.
