An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, amend-
ing Title 18 of the Chubbuck
City Code as follows: Adding
section 18.06.145 to add a
definition of Hotel/Motel and
amending section 18.08.040,
-- the Schedule of Genera'-Eorr--
trols to limit hotels and motels
as defined to the General
Commercial (C-2) Zoning Dis-
trict; repealing prior conflicting
ordinances; providing for the
severability of the provisions
of this ordinance; and provid-
ing when this ordinance is ef-
fective.
