Joey,
There are 12 gates inside the former animal control building that parks will be turning into a storage building. There are
12 gates inside the building. x3 at 4ft wide, x9 at 32in. Then there are 8 stalls/keiuiels outside. Given the years of use and
size/nature, I'd assign little, if any, value to the fencing.

Joey,
I need to add the chiller from the ice rink to the surplus list- I just spoke with Chris Schultz with ice rink program and
based on his expertise, he believes the only value that the chiller has is for recycling. He thinks we should be able to get
a couple of hundred for it.
Aaron- can you get a photo and maybe write down some technical details about the Chiller? Brand, model name, serial
number (?).

Guys,
I got this voicemail about the chiller at the hockey rink and called Chris back to get a little more detail. Chris said the
chiller had calcium chloride left in it for several years, one compressor is shot, and the other is only 60-70% capacity. So
Chris will be installing a new chiller and would like to get rid of the old one. He said we could try to auction it but he's
not sure what the interest would be. When the question came up before about getting rid of the Zamboni, there was
some discussion back and forth about ownership. I'd guess the chiller is the city's based on the attached emails (sorry, it
couldn't have been a nice clean single email string). If that's the case, Chrisjust wants to know how we want to get rid of
it. He's hoping to get the new one installed in the next couple of weeks. He said he'll move it and do all the work but
knew we had some rules we'll need to follow. Chris's number is
