Re: Sanitary Sewer CCTV Inspection Project — Bid Award

One of the priority projects identified in our current sewer study is to have our entire sewer system
video inspected. This work will identify problem areas where additional maintenance may be needed as
well as areas where the pipes may need to be replaced. This effort allows us to be much more proactive
rather than reactive. This project is identified as a priority in the sewer CIP and has been included in the
budget. The project is planned to be completed over the next 3 or 4 years. Bids for this project were
opened on 9/28/2023 and the results are shown in the table below:

The low bid appears to be responsive and meets the requirements of the bid documents and the
amount is in line with what we expected. It is my recommendation that the City Council approve the
Mayor to award the project and execute a contract with Integrity Inspection Solutions in the amount of
$635,110.45 for the Sanitary Sewer CCTV Inspection Project.
