Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. A petition by City Staff to amend Chubbuck City Code Chapter 18.06 to add a new definition of "hotels or motels'; and to amend the schedule of general controls, section 18.08.040, regarding the permitted locations of hotels and motels, to limit them, as defined, to the General Commercial (C-2) zoning dis- trict. Type of action: Recommendation to City Council. Written testimony must be received by jbowers@cityofchub- buck.us at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021.06.
