HomeMy WebLinkAbout2023-01 Future Land Map DesignationCITY OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO RESOLUTION 2023 mat WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck periodically updates the Comprehensive Plan ("Plan"). WHEREAS, the Land Use and Development Commission ("Commission"), at its meeting on February 14, 2023, after a Public Hearing, considered a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Designations Map regarding certain described properties as set forth in the attached Exhibit to Commercial, which amendment the Commission recommended the City Council approve. WHEREAS, the City Council, at its March 1, 2023 meeting, considered the amendment and approved the change. WHEREAS, Idaho Code § 67-6509(c) requires the City Council to adopt any change to the Plan by Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Chubbuck that the Future Land Use Designations Map is hereby amended with the change of the designated property to Commercial.
