ORDINANCE NO. 857
AN ORDINANCE OFTHE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNIC-
IPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 851, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 2022 THROUGH SEPTFM-
BER 30, 2023; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN EXPEN-
DITURES IN THE GENERAL FUND, PARKS IMPACT FEE
FUND AND PARKS GRANTS FUND; WHICH INCREASES
THE TOTAL FISCAL YEAR EXPENDITURES BY $806,569;
PROVIDING THAT THE REVENUE TO PAY FOR SAID IN-
CREASES SHALL BE DERIVED FROM CASH RESERVES,
IMPACT FEES AND GRANTS; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTH-
ER PORTIONS OF APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 851
SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCEAND EFFECT; PROVIDING
THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL,
AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2023 Appropriations Ordinance
was passed and approved: and
WHEREAS, the Council has authorized the use of existing
cash balances for additional expenditures in the General Fund
and Parks Impact Fee Fund and the award of a grant; and
WHEREAS an amendment to the FY 2023 appropriation or-
dinance is required to reflect these changes; and
WHEREAS, notice and hearing have been provided in accor-
dance with Idaho Code §50-1002, §50-1003, and §50-1006;
NO THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. That the amount appropriated for the General
Fund, Parks Impact Fee Fund and Parks Grant Fund, as set
out in Section 3 of Ordinance #851 be hereby amended to re-
flect the allocation from cash reserves as follows:
That the following sums of money are hereby appropriat-
ed from the General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year:

Parks Impact Fee $0 $565,000
Parks Grant $0 $88,000
Section 2. That all other provisions of the Fiscal 2023 Appro-
priation Ordinance No. 851 not herein amended shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 3. That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordi-
nance shall become effective upon its approval and publica-
tions provided by law.
