Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck,
held in 'the M~icipa! Building of the Village of Chubbuck on July 12, 1966
Present- t~[ard, Hi!iman, Underwoed, Henry, Buchanan and McDevitt.
Called to order 8:00 P.M.
Minutes of the last regular and one recessed meetings then read and approved as read.
Bills for month presented to Board. Motion to approve payment made by Hi!lman, seconded
by Buchanan. All in favor. ~
Financial and Police Reports for mcmth presented to Board.
Fire Truck- Ward reported to Board that the possible delivery date may be July 2~, 1966.
~ater- Discussion on water conditions in Village~ and revision of Water Ordinance.
Decision was we need another wellMotion to approach the owners of the Well in Greener
Pastures and make an offer of $6~OOO.00 for the Well was made by Underwood, seconded
by Henry. All in favor.
Seal Coating of streets- Underwood was instructed .to take t~e bids_ for this job
to Ballif and have him i~terpert them~
Buildin~ Znspector- Motion was made to accept the Building Inspector Proposal of
Kent J. Parrish, with temporary offices to be in his Office until the Village
arrangements are completed, made by Henry, seconded by Hillman, Ail in favor.
Contract to run to January 1, 1968.
Traffic- Motion made to purchase 2 25MPH speed limit signs, one to be installed on
Boyd Street in the Yeider Addition, and the other one for stock, made by Hillman,
seconded by Underwood. Ail in favor.
