ORDINANCE NO. 856
An ordinance of the City of
Chubbuck, a municipal cor-
poration of the state of Idaho,
amending Chubbuck Munic-
ipal Code section 2.04.010
to set the Mayor's salary at
$87,178 and the salary for a
member of the City Council
at $8,789per year, effective
January 1, 2024; providing for
the repeal of conflicting ordi-
nances; providing that all oth-
er provisions of Chapter 2.04
not amended shall remain in
effect; providing for the sever-
ability of the provisions of this
ordinance; providing when this
ordinance shall be in effect.
