Village of Chubbuck, Held in the M'~nicipal Building of the Village of Chubbuck
on May 17, 1966
Present- Ward, Henry, Underwood, Buchanan and McDevitt.
Absent- Hil]~man.
Called to order 6:00 P.M.
Purpose- Discuss chan~es in the water rates.
McDevitt explained that several Ordinances are involved in changing Village water
rates. After a long discussion it w~s the dec~sion of the Board that McDe¥itt
draft a new Ordinance and leave the actual rate change blank till the Board has
time to study this matter further.
Petition for Deannexation of Part of Aeropark- Board decided to let the Court
decide the matter.
Neider Addition L.I.D.- Board decided that the residents w~ll have to petition
the Board for the L.I.D. before the Board can act on it.
Meeting recessed at 7:20 P.M. till f~rther notice if necessary.
