CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION NO. 7 -2006
WHEREAS, the Council, by enactment of Ordinance No. ~, has changed the
Chubbuck Municipal Code to allow turn-off and turn-on fees for utility services to be established
by Council resolution;
WHEREAS, the City staff has recommended that the Council adopt a resolution,
effective immediately, adopting a $10 turn-on/off fee, and providing for an additional fee of $25
if a turn-on/off must be done outside of the regular City business hours then in effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
For purposes of Section 13.04.080 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code, there shall be
established a turn-on/off fee of $1 0 for any turn-on or turn-off done during normal City business
hours in effect at the time of the turn-on or turn off, and an additional fee of $25 if the turn-on or
turn-off must be done at a time other than during the regular City business hours then in effect.
