CITY OF CHUBBUCK
RESOLUTION NO. 5-2006
A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho adopting revised
fees for Boys Baseball Registration.
Whereas, the Chubbuck Municipal Code, as amended, authorizes the Council to adopt
baseball registration fees;
Whereas, the Chubbuck Parks Department has proposed revised fees to reflect increased
costs;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck
as follows that;
Section 1: The Chubbuck Boys Baseball Fee shall be $80.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 28TH DAY OF February, 2006.
