CITY OF CHUBBUCK
RESOLUTION NO. 3 - 2006
A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho pledging
support, matching funds, and maintenance for an enhancement project requesting
Transportation Enhancement funds.
Whereas, School Zone Flashers are needed for the safety of school children attending Ellis
Elementary School on Whitaker Road, and

Whereas, the Public Works Director has requested approval be given to procure funding
for the acquisition and installation of Programmable School Zone Flasher units, and
Whereas, Transportation Enhancement funds are available for Pedestrian/Bikeway
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows that;
Section 1: The Public Works Department be directed to take action as necessary to pursue
needed funding for transportation enhancement.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR ON JANUARY
24. 2006.
