CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION No. 6 - 2005
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck periodically updates the Comprehensive Plan
("Plan");
WHEREAS, the last major update of the Plan was approved January 8, 2002;
WHEREAS, modifications were approved on March 25,2003 and on November 9, 2004;
WHEREAS, the Land Use and Development Commission at its meeting on June 7,2005'
made recommendations to the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing on June 28, 2005 upon the
proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
The Comprehensive Plan adopted January 8,2002 and updated on March 25,2003 and
November 9,2004 is reaffirmed as the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Chubbuck \vith the
following changes:
1. The Mixed Use (MU) corridor along East Chubbuck road is changed to
Low Density Residential (LDR) from the Easterly boundary of Bistline
Park extended South to the Low Density Residential Area (LDR)
encompassing Mountain Park Subdivision, then Easterly to the Westerly
Right of Way of Interstate 15 on the South side of Chubbuck Road, then
following the Westerly Right of Way of Interstate 15 North across
Chubbuck Road to the North side of Chubbuck Road, then from the

Westerly Right of Way of Interstate 15 along the North side of Chubbuck
Road to Buffalo Road. The remainder of the Mixed Use (MU) corridor
east of Hiline Road shall remain.
2. Extend the Urban Service Boundary to include the following described
twenty acres:
The South One-Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (S ~ SW 14 NE Y4) of Section 4, Township 6 South,
Range 34 EBM, consisting of 20 acres, Bannock County, Idaho.
3. Change to Mixed Use (MU) from High Density (HD) the area along Quinn
and Hawthorne Roads, North on Hawthorne to the entrance to the Pine
Ridge Mall and bounded on the East by the Pine Ridge Mall.
The revised Comprehensive Plan Map attached is adopted as the Comprehensive Plan
Map of the City of Chubbuck.
